
"The Sweet, The Sour" blogger Ben Kwan
Television journalist Ben Kwan is spending some time off from the craft helping his dad at the family restaurant, Red Moon Chinese Cafe in Eden Prairie, MN.
This is where he’s writing about the sweet and the sour of breathing new life into the restaurant, recollections of his dad’s fascinating past, life in and around the Twin Cities and other interesting tales. Don’t be shocked to hear a thing or two about journalism, either.
Ben is a graduate of The Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. He worked for four years as a reporter and anchor in Michigan. His Twin Cities media experience includes numerous bylines in the Star Tribune during high school and an internship at KSTP-TV.
