Yelp has apparently turned into an extortion scam. I have written reviews on Yelp of good restaurants that I eat at and I don’t see these review on Yelp. It’s a real shame that Yelp apparently doesn’t post the good reviews if business don’t pay the “advertising” money. It sounds like extortion to me.

Actually, Mark — no, I have not signed on with Yelp as a paid advertiser. In fact, my frustration grows. If you call up Red Moon’s business profile on Yelp tonight — you will find ZERO reviews. That brings the review-removal total to at least five or six. It’s so bad, I’m losing count. What the heck is that company up to?
